Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience Excellence
- Ensure each guest feels seen, valued, and pampered throughout their visit.
- Support and uphold service standards that consistently deliver 5-star reviews.
- Drive retention goals: 85%+ for returning guests, 55%+ for new guests.
2. Team Coordination & Culture
- Act as a liaison between leadership and team members to keep communication smooth.
- Assist with team scheduling, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment with high morale and accountability.
3. Front Desk & Flow Management
- Lead front desk operations: appointment booking, POS system use, guest flow.
- Ensure high productivity and service utilization rates (80%+).
- Manage day-to-day challenges with professionalism and poise.
4. Retail & Inventory
- Keep inventory levels below 50% of total sales value through efficient ordering and restocking.
- Lead retail merchandising and seasonal product promotions.
- Coach team on product knowledge and retail upselling.
5. Marketing & Brand Alignment
- Assist in executing monthly promotions, special events, and client appreciation initiatives.
- Collaborate on visual merchandising, branding, and social media support.
- Help position the salon as a community hub and luxury destination.

Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, salon/spa, retail, or hospitality roles (1–3 years preferred)

- Creativity in guest engagement, marketing, and merchandising
- Calm under pressure and great at juggling moving parts
